1.Heat oil in a medium frying pan over moderate heat. Cook and stir chorizo for 4-5 minutes or until crisp. Add walnuts; cook for 1 minute more.
2.Meanwhile, place broccoli in a steaming basket over a saucepan of simmering water. Cook, covered, for 3-4 minutes, or until just tender.
3.Serve broccoli drizzled with hot chorizo mixture. Serve with lemon wedges.
Chorizo is paprika-flavoured pork sausage that teams very well with broccoli. Replace chorizo with chopped sliced salami or pepperoni, if you like. For a complete meal, serve with grilled fish or prawns.
