Method

1.Heat a wok or a large frying pan over moderately high heat. Add paste; stir-fry for 1 minute or until fragrant. Add vegetables and 2 tablespoons water to wok; stir-fry for 2-3 minutes or until vegies are tender.
2.Add prawns and rice to wok; stir-fry for 2 minutes or until heated. Remove from heat. Add basil; stir to combine. Spoon onto serving plates. Serve rice. Sprinkle with extra basil to garnish.

You’ll find packaged stir-fry vegetables in the fruit and vegetable section. You will need to cook about 1 cup rice. Spread out on a tray; cool.
