Method
1.Heat half of oil in a wok or large frying pan on medium heat. Add half of pork and stir-fry for 3-4 minutes. Transfer to a plate and repeat with remaining pork.
2.Heat remaining oil in same wok. Stir-fry onion and garlic for 1 minute. Add capsicum and asparagus and stir-fry for 1-2 minutes.
3.Mix in sauces. Bring to the boil, stirring. Return pork to wok with green onions. Stir-fry for 1 minute. Serve with steamed rice or noodles.
