Ingredients

Method

1.Cook pasta in a large saucepan of boiling, salted water according to packet directions. Drain.
2.Heat oil in a frying pan on medium. Saut‚ garlic and chilli for 1 minute. Stir in anchovies with oil and lemon juice. Simmer for 4 minutes.
3.Toss pasta through anchovy mixture in frying pan with herbs and parmesan. Season to taste and serve.

If you’d like a stronger lemon flavour, add grated lemon rind.
