Method

1.Preheat oven to 180°C. Arrange pastry cases on a baking tray. Bake for 10-15 minutes, until cooked and golden. Set aside to cool.
2.Combine condensed milk, coconut, juices and rind in a large bowl until thick. Pile into pastry cases and chill until ready to serve. Accompany with thick cream.
