Method
1.Preheat oven to moderate, 180°C. Line an oven tray with baking paper.
2.To make fruit mince, squeeze juice from grated apple; discard juice. Combine flesh in a medium bowl with remaining ingredients. Mix well; cover and set aside 10 minutes.
3.Working with 1 sheet pastry at a time, brush with butter and layer together. Cut in half lengthways to create two long strips.
4.Spoon fruit mince, in a thin sausage shape, along length of each strip. Roll over to enclose filling; brush with remaining butter.
5.Cut both rolls into 8 equal slices on an angle. Arrange on tray; sprinkle extra walnuts over.
6.Bake rolls 15-20 minutes, until crisp and golden.
