Method
1.Preheat oven to 180°C. Place the flan on a baking tray.
2.Bake 10 minutes, according to packet instructions. Cool 10 minutes. Reduce oven temperature to 160°C.
3.Meanwhile, in a small saucepan, combine chocolate, milk and liqueur. Stir over low heat for 2-3 minutes until smooth. Cool slightly.
4.In a medium bowl, whisk eggs, sugar and vanilla until combined. Gradually whisk in milk mixture.
5.Pour into prepared flan. Bake 25-30 minutes until custard is just set. Cool to room temperature. Chill for at least 2 hours before serving, dusted with cocoa and accompanied with cream if desired.
