Method
1.Preheat oven to hot, 200°C (180°C fan-forced). Line 2 large baking trays with baking paper.
2.Sift flour, baking powder and salt into a medium bowl. Rub butter into flour mixture until it resembles coarse breadcrumbs. Add milk; mix to form a soft dough.
3.Knead dough on floured surface until smooth. Divide into 2 portions; roll each portion into a 30 x 25cm rectangle.
4.Spread half the chutney evenly over dough. Top with beef and cheese. Tightly roll each rectangle, from long side, to form a log. Slice each log into 12 pieces.
5.Place scrolls, cut side up, side by side on prepared trays. Bake 15 minutes, or until cheese has melted and scrolls are golden.
6.Serve scrolls with remaining chutney.
