Bircher muesli

Delicious, healthy muesli you can make the night before. Soaking oats and seeds overnight makes them easier to digest, and the muesli will be extra creamy. Great for a quick breakfast.

Method

1.Mix oats and juice together in a cereal bowl. Chill for at least 1 hour or overnight until all the juice has been absorbed.
2.Grate apple and add to oat mixture with yoghurt. Mix well. Top with berries, nuts and seeds. Drizzle with maple syrup or honey to serve.
