Ingredients

1/3 cup thickened cream

1/4 teaspoon vanilla bean paste

1/4 cup chocolate-hazelnut spread (nutella), at mom temperature

1 1/2 tablespoon hazelnuts, roughly chopped

6 7cm store-bought sweet shortcrust pastry cases

125 gram punnet raspberries

icing sugar, to serve

Method

1.Combine cream and vanilla paste in a bowl. Whip to firm peaks with electric mixer. Add chocolate-hazelnut spread and continue to beat until just combined. Stir through hazelnuts.

2.Spoon mixture into pastry cases. Refrigerate 1 hour.

3.Top tartlets with raspberries and dust with icing sugar.
