Process biscuits until fine crumbs.

Transfer crumbs to a large bowl; add condensed milk, coconut, sifted cocoa, rind and rum. Stir well to combine.

Roll mixture into walnut-sized balls. Toss in extra coconut. Place on a tray; cover, refrigerate until firm.
