Method
1.Heat oil in a large frying pan on medium. Sauté onion and garlic, 1-2 minutes, until tender.
2.Stir in tomatoes, white wine or stock and chilli sauce. Season to taste. Simmer, 2-3 minutes.
3.Add prawn cutlets, feta and green onions. Simmer for 3 minutes, until prawns change colour and are tender. Serve with boiled rice and salad, if you like.
