Method
1.Preheat grill on medium-high. Combine cream, parmesan, blue cheese, egg and garlic. Season.
2.Cook gnocchi in a saucepan of boiling, salted water according to packet directions. Drain.
3.Meanwhile, heat oil in a pan on high. Cook mushroom for 2-3 mins, until lightly browned. Add to cheese mixture with broccolini and gnocchi, and toss to combine. Transfer to an 8 cup-capacity baking dish. Top with bocconcini.
4.Grill for 5 mins, until golden. Serve.
