Method

1.Cook prawns in a small saucepan of boiling water until changed in colour; drain. Rinse under cold water and drain again.
2.Process prawns, butter and mustard until almost smooth; stir in chives.
3.Divide prawn mixture into two ½-cup ramekins. Cover and refrigerate at least 15 minutes.
