Method
1.Preheat oven to 180°C (160°C fan-forced). Line 2 baking trays with baking paper. Using an electric mixer, beat butter and sugar in a large bowl until pale and creamy. Beat in egg and essence.
2.Stir in sifted flour, muesli mix and milk until just combined. With lightly floured hands, roll tablespoons of mixture into balls. Place on prepared trays, leaving room for spreading. Make an indentation at centre of each biscuit. Spoon 1/2 teaspoon jam into centre.
3.Bake for 12-15 minutes or until golden. Cool completely on trays before serving.
