Hard-boiled egg
1.Place a room temperature egg into a saucepan of cold water.
2.When the water and the egg are the same temperature, bring the water to the boil.
3.As the water comes up to the boil give the egg a good stir.
4.When the water is boiling, give the egg another 9 minutes in the water.
Storing eggs in the refrigerator will keep them fresher, longer.
