Combination singapore noodles

Delight your family with this easy-to-make, flavour packed Asian noodle dish. Packed full of fresh prawns, egg omelette and delicious Chinese sausage, these garlic and soy spiced noodles can be fried up in the wok in minutes.

Method

1.Place noodles in a heatproof bowl. Cover with boiled water. Separate with a fork and drain well. Set aside.
2.Meanwhile, heat half the oil in a large frying pan or wok on high. Add egg, swirling to cover base of pan to make a thin omelette. Remove from pan. Roll up and roughly chop. Set aside.
3.Heat remaining oil in same wok. Stir-fry prawns, garlic and chilli for 1-2 minutes.
4.Add noodles, snow peas and sauce, tossing to combine. Add chicken and sausage. Stir-fry for 1-2 minutes until heated through.
5.Top with chopped omelette and onion to serve.
