Method
1.In a medium saucepan, combine chopped chocolate and cream. Stir over low heat for 3-4 minutes, until melted and smooth.
2.Mix in crushed wafer, hazelnut spread and almonds. Transfer mixture to a medium bowl. Chill for 1 hour, until firm.
3.Roll heaped teaspoons of mixture into smooth, round balls. Place on a lined oven tray. Chill for 1 hour until firm.
4.Dip balls in melted chocolate to lightly coat, then roll in peanuts.
5.Chill for 30 minutes, until set and ready to serve. Store in an airtight container in the fridge.
