Method
1.To make coleslaw, whisk together mayonnaise and yoghurt in a large bowl. Add cabbage, carrot, parsley and onion and toss to combine.
2.Slice rolls in half and fill with coleslaw, basil and turkey. Wrap tightly in baking paper or plastic wrap until ready to serve.
If you plan to make the coleslaw ahead of time, keep it fresh in a snap-lock bag in the fridge.
