Ingredients: 5 medium tomatoes (750g), chopped coarsely; 1/4 cup fresh flat-leaf parsley, coursely chopped; 2 tablespoon fresh mint, coursely chopped; 2 tablespoon dill, coursely chopped; Dressing; 2 clove garlic, crushed; 2 tablespoon lemon juice; 1 tablespoon olive oil; 2 teaspoon white wine vinegar

Ingredients

5 medium tomatoes (750g), chopped coarsely

1/4 cup fresh flat-leaf parsley, coursely chopped

2 tablespoon fresh mint, coursely chopped

2 tablespoon dill, coursely chopped

Dressing

2 clove garlic, crushed

2 tablespoon lemon juice

1 tablespoon olive oil

2 teaspoon white wine vinegar

Method

1.Combine tomatoes, and herbs in a medium bowl.

2.To make dressing, place ingredients in screw-top jar, season to taste; shake well.

3.Pour dressing over salad.
