Method
1.Combine wine, teriyaki sauce, ginger and sugar in a shallow bowl.
2.Add pork to bowl, mixing to coat well. Marinate pork in fridge 10 minutes; drain, reserving marinade.
3.Heat oil in a wok or large frying pan on high. Stir-fry pork, in batches, 2-3 minutes each batch.
4.Return all meat to pan with cabbage and reserved marinade; stir-fry 1-2 minutes.
5.Serve pork and cabbage with steamed rice.
