Method
1.Heat oil in a wok or large frying pan on high. Stir-fry fish for 2-3 minutes, until golden.
2.Add frozen vegetables. Stir-fry for 1-2 minutes.
3.Pour in sauce and bring to the boil, stirring. Simmer for 1 minute. Sprinkle with green onion and serve with steamed rice.
For a crisper result, you could dust fish with a little plain flour before stir-frying. A dash of soy sauce enhances the flavour of this dish. If preferred, use a selection of vegetables from your fridge, or fresh vegies of your choice – carrots, zucchini, beans, baby corn, capsicum or broccolini would all work well. Stir-fry them for 2-3 minutes.
