This delicious chicken recipe sees tender chicken thighs marinated in brown sugar, soy, Chinese five spice and sweet chilli sauce and perfectly paired with vermicelli noodles
1.In a medium bowl, combine chicken with spice, sugar and half of the sauces.
2.Heat oil in a wok over high heat; stir-fry chicken mixture, in batches, until chicken is browned and sticky. Remove from wok. Wipe wok clean.
3.In a large heatproof bowl, meanwhile, place noodles cover with boiling water; stand 5 minutes or until tender; drain.
4.Add gai lan to wok with the water; stir-fry 1 minute or until just tender. Add remaining sauces; stir-fry 1 minute or until heat through. Add noodles to wok; toss until just combined.
5.Top noodles with chicken; sprinkle with onion, coriander and sesame seeds to serve.
