Method

1.Heat oven to 210C. Place pizza base on a baking tray. Spread with pasta sauce, leaving the edges free of topping. Arrange salmon on top. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
2.Bake for 20 minutes, or until topping is bubbling hot and the pizza crust is golden brown.
3.Spoon over dollops of sour cream and scatter with chives. Slice and serve immediately.
