Method

Pumpkin purée

1.Peel, seed and coarsely chop pumpkin. Steam pumpkin for 12 minutes or until tender; drain. Cool slightly; push pumpkin through a sieve if needed.
2.Stir in a little breast milk or cooled boiled water, if needed, until smooth. Give your child as much puree as desired.

Suitable from 6 months Store, covered, in the fridge for up to 2 days. Purée is suitable to freeze, in 1-tablespoon portions in ice-cube trays, covered, for up to 1 month.
