Method
1.Cook noodles following packet instructions; drain.
2.Heat oil in a wok on high. Stir-fry pork strips, in 3 batches, 1-2 minutes each batch, until browned; remove.
3.Add capsicum to same wok; stir-fry 1 minute. Add combined sauces, stock and garlic; stir-fry 1-2 minutes.
4.Return pork to wok with noodles; stir-fry 2-3 minutes, until heated through.
5.Serve pork topped with sprouts and fried shallots.
You can buy fried shallots from the Asian section in most supermarkets.
