1.Combine juice, chilli, garlic, marmalade, coriander and tequila in large bowl with chops. Cover; refrigerate overnight.
2.Make orange and watercress salad. Segment oranges over large bowl; stir in juice, marmalade and oil. Add remaining ingredients; toss gently to combine.
3.Drain chops; reserve marinade. Cook chops on heated oiled grill plate brushing occasionally with marinade, until cooked as desired.
