Ingredients
Method
1.Combine flour and sesame seeds on a large plate. Whisk egg whites and milk in a medium bowl. Brush turkey with harissa paste. Dip into egg white mixture; let excess drain off. Coat in flour mixture. Place on a plate. Cover with plastic food wrap. Chill 15 minutes.
2.In a large heavy-based saucepan, heat oil over moderately high heat (oil is ready when a cube of bread crisps quickly without absorbing oil). Deep-fry turkey, in batches, 3-4 minutes or until golden brown arid cooked. Using a slotted spoon, transfer to paper towels. Place on a serving plate.
3.Whisk mayonnaise, extra harissa arid juice in a small bowl. Season. Sprinkle turkey with onion. Serve with mayonnaise mixture and lime wedges.
Use lemon juice instead of lime. If turkey is unavailable, you can use fish or chicken. Cooking times may vary.
