Method

1.To make salsa combine avocado, tomato and juice in a medium bowl.
2.Cook chicken in a heated oiled large frying pan, over medium heat, for 4 minutes each side or until cooked through. When cool enough to handle, slice chicken.
3.Serve with salsa.

Chop chicken into bite-sized pieces for younger toddlers. Adults can add chopped red onion, coriander (cilantro) and capsicum to the salsa for extra colour and flavour.
