Method

1.Place pork and sauce in a large bowl. Toss to coat. Heat an oiled wok or large frying pan over moderately high heat. Stir fry pork for 5-6 minutes or until cooked and sticky (add 3-4 tablespoons water if sauce sticks to wok). Remove pork from the wok.
2.Wipe wok clean. Heat over moderately high heat. Stir fry onion for 1-2 minutes or until onion is softened. Add vegetables and fry for 2 minutes. Return pork to wok, then stir fry for 2 minutes or until vegetables are tender.
3.Microwave rice on High (100%) for 1 1/2 minutes or until heated, then stand for 2 minutes. Spoon rice onto serving plates. Top with pork mixture. Serve.

You can use plum sauce instead of char sui sauce. Pork spare ribs are also known as pork rashers. Find stir-fry mixes in the fresh produce section.
