Burger with garlic mayonnaise and soft onions

There's no need to buy disappointing take-away with this simple, tantalising burger. The garlic mayonnaise and soft onions just top this meal off.

Ingredients

Method

1.Combine the mince, tomato sauce, breadcrumbs, salt and pepper in a medium bowl; shape mixture into four patties.
2.Heat half the oil in a large frying pan, cook patties until browned on both sides and cooked through. Remove from pan; cover to keep warm.
3.Heat remaining oil in the same pan, add onion; cook, stirring, until soft.
4.Meanwhile, combine the mayonnaise and garlic in small bowl.
5.Split each roll in half. Top the rolls with the patties, garlic mayonnaise, rocket, beetroot, onion, salt and pepper.

Uncooked patties suitable to freeze. Not suitable to microwave.
