1.Heat oil in a saucepan on a barbecue or gas camp stove on high. Cook chorizo for 5 minutes, until browned. Add onion and cook for 5 minutes, stirring, until soft. Add steak and cook for 5 minutes, until browned. Stir in capsicum, cook for another minute. Add beans, tomato paste and 2 cups water. Simmer, covered, for 15 minutes.
2.Add potatoes and cook for another 20 minutes, until steak is cooked and potatoes are tender. Stir in paprika and season to taste. Spoon stew onto tortillas and roll up to serve.
