These beef and bean burritos topped with creamy guacamole are easy to make, and they are definitely delicious! They're easy to prepare, take practically no time, and are always a treat.
.Heat oil in a large frying pan on high. Cook beef and onion in batches for 4-5 minutes until well browned.
.Stir in beans, water and burrito seasoning. Bring to boil, stirring. Reduce heat and simmer for 2 minutes, until thickened.
.To make guacamole, mash avocados in a bowl. Add all remaining guacamole ingredients, mixing until well combined. Set aside.
.Meanwhile, warm tortillas according to packet directions. Place a lettuce leaf on each tortilla. Top with beef mixture and sprinkle with cheese. Roll tortillas up securely. Halve and serve with guacamole.
