Method
1.Preheat oven to moderate, 180°C. Arrange 4 shallow ovenproof dishes on an oven tray.
2.Arrange tortillas in a single layer on an oven tray. Bake for 8-10 minutes until crisp. Divide evenly between dishes.
3.In a bowl, combine beans and onion. Divide mixture among dishes. Top with avocado. Sprinkle with cheese.
4.Bake for 10-15 minutes until heated through and cheese melts. Serve topped with a little sour cream. Serve with prepared salsa.
If liked, flake a 185g can tuna through bean mixture, or simply use some leftover bolognese sauce topped with mashed avocado and tasty cheese.
