Method
1.Cook pasta in plenty of boiling salted water for 10-12 minutes or until tender but firm to the bite. Drain; return to pan.
2.Meanwhile, spray sausages and tomatoes with cooking oil. Heat a large frying pan over moderate heat. Cook and turn sausages and tomatoes for 6-8 minutes or until sausages are brown and cooked. Slice sausages diagonally.
3.Add sausages, tomatoes and remaining ingredients to pasta; toss to combine. Serve at once.
Instead of cherry tomatoes, use 2 medium ripe tomatoes chopped. You can substitute large shell or spiral pasta.
