Method
1.In a large saucepan of boiling, salted water, cook pasta following packet instructions.
2.Drain pasta and return to pan. Add eggs, butter, cream and parmesan to pasta, tossing quickly over a low heat.
3.Add asparagus. Serve topped with snipped chives and accompany with salad.
Sugar snap peas can be substituted for asparagus.
