Method
1.Preheat oven to hot, 200°C. Lightly grease a 10-cup ovenproof dish.
2.Cook pasta in a large saucepan of boiling, salted water, following packet instructions; drain well. Return to pan.
3.Blend in sauce and parsley; bring to the boil. Reduce heat to low; simmer 10 minutes, or until thickened slightly.
4.Add sauce and tasty cheese to pasta; mix well. Spoon mixture into prepared pan; sprinkle with ricotta. Bake 20-25 minutes, until golden. Serve with salad and crusty bread.
You can use a can of diced tomatoes, a little red wine and some dried mixed herbs in place of the pasta sauce.
