Method
1.Place chocolate and 1/4 cup of the cream in a heatproof bowl over a saucepan of simmering water (don’t let base of bowl touch the water). Stir for 2 minutes or until melted and smooth.
2.Using an electric mixer, beat remaining cream in a bowl until soft peaks form. Gently fold cream and lemon curd into chocolate mixture.
3.Spoon into 4 x 1-cup teacups or serving glasses. Chill for 1 hour. Serve topped with blueberries.
