Method

1.Preheat oven to 170°C(150°C fan).
2.To make biscuit base, place biscuits, sugar and salt in bowl of food processor and process to fine crumbs. With motor running, drizzle in melted butter. Line tart tin with biscuit crumbs, pressing evenly up sides and over base, and refrigerate until required.
3.To make tart; melt cream and chocolate together in heatproof bowl over saucepan of gently simmering water. Stir until chocolate has just melted. Remove from heat.
4.Whisk together condensed milk, vanilla and yolks in medium mixing bowl. Add to chocolate and cream and whisk to combine.
5.Pour mixture into prepared tin and carefully place in oven. Bake for 30 mins until just set. Remove tart from oven and cool to room temperature. Refrigerate until cold.
6.Serve lightly dust tart with icing sugar and serve with a dollop of double cream.
