Method

1.Preheat oven to 180°C. Line 2 baking trays with baking paper.
2.Sift flour and spices in a bowl. Using fingertips, rub in butter until mixture resembles breadcrumbs. Add honey and mix gently to form a soft dough. Cover with plastic wrap and chill for 30 minutes.
3.Roll dough between 2 sheets of baking paper until 4-6mm thick. Cut out shapes of choice. Place biscuits slightly apart on prepared trays. Chill for 10 minutes.
4.Bake for 10 minutes, until golden. Stand for 5 minutes. Transfer to a wire rack to cool
