1.Preheat the oven to hot, 220°C (200°C fan-forced).
2.Peel, core and halve the apple. Slice apple thinly
3.Cut the pastry sheet in half to form 2 rectangles. Place the pastry on a greased oven tray Overlap the apple slices down the centre of the pastry halves. Brush the apple with the butter and sprinkle with the cinnamon sugar.
4.Bake tarts in a hot oven for about 15 minutes or until the pastry is browned.
5.Brush tarts with the apricot jam.
Not suitable to freeze or microwave.
