Ingredients
Method
1.Preheat oven to 180°C. Lightly spray a 23cm quiche pan with oil.
2.Spray each filo sheet with oil. Place in quiche pan, overlapping pastry to cover base and sides completely. Bake for 10 minutes.
3.Heat a frying pan on high. Spray with oil and saute onion 1-2 minutes. Add ham and cook for 2 minutes. Spread over pastry.
4.In a bowl, whisk together milk, evaporated milk and eggs. Pour into prepared pan. Top with cheese.
5.Bake for 30-35 minutes, until firm.
Chop fresh herbs and mix through egg mixture before baking.
