Method
1.Preheat oven to moderate, 180°C (160°C fan-forced). Spread brioche with butter and sandwich slices together. In a bowl, combine cheese, sour cream, egg, mustard and worcestershire sauce. Season to taste.
2.Top each sandwich with ham. Spread with cheese mixture.
3.Heat a frying pan on medium. Carefully place the top layers of two of the sandwiches, with the filling, into the pan, buttered sides down. Top with remaining sandwich halves, buttered sides up.
4.Fry sandwiches in two batches 1-2 minutes each side, until golden. Transfer to a baking tray. Bake 5 minutes, until cheese melts.
