Method
1.Preheat oven to hot, 200°C. Lightly grease 2 baking trays.
2.Place silverbeet in a bowl of boiling water for 5 seconds until wilted. Transfer to a bowl of iced water. Drain well and dry on paper towel.
3.In a large bowl, combine silverbeet, vegetables, cheese, onion and bacon. Season to taste. Cut each sheet of pastry into 4 even squares. Spoon 2 tablespoons of mixture onto each pastry square. Brush edges with egg. Fold over to form triangles. Use a fork to seal edges. Place onto prepared tray. Brush each triangle with egg.
4.Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden. Serve with salad.
