Heavenly hot chocolate recipes

This isn’t your usual hot chocolate recipe. This is a little special, perfect for winter birthday dinners or breakfast in bed.

There is some debate about the origins of this delightful doughnut-like sweet. Some say Spanish or Portugese, some say South American. We’re just happy they were invented at all, because life is just a little bit sweeter with churros.

This spicy hot cocoa mix is indulgent and comforting on cool nights and just the thing to finish a Mexican meal. Warm, rich and creamy, with gentle heat from the ginger and chilli.
