Method
1.In a small saucepan, combine milk and sugar. Bring to simmer on medium, stirring.
2.Remove from heat. Add chocolate. Set aside 1-2 minutes, until chocolate melts. Stir until smooth.
3.Pour hot chocolate into two small coffee cups. Top with marshmallow. Serve with biscotti and remaining marshmallows
A small pinch of salt added to the chocolate mixture will enhance the sweetness.
