Hot chocolate
1.Combine milk and chocolates in a small saucepan. Stir over a low heat for 4-5 minutes, or until mixture is smooth.
2.Meanwhile, in a small bowl, using an electric mixer, beat cream and liqueur until soft peaks form.
3.Pour hot chocolate into four glasses. Top with whipped cream and sprinkle with chocolate flakes.
In place of Baileys, you can use any liqueur you like.
