Method
1.Combine ingredients in large bowl, stir until just combined. Cover, refrigerate overnight.
2.Preheat oven to 200°C (180°C fan-forced). Grease 12-hole (⅓-cup/80ml) muffin pan.
3.Divide mixture among holes of prepared pan.
4.Bake muffins about 20 minutes. Stand muffins in pan for a few minutes before turning onto wire rack.
A filling, classic, healthy muffin that is simple to prepare.
