Lemonade scones with curd andamp; berries
1.Preheat oven to 220°C/200°C fan forced. Grease a baking tray. Place flour in a large bowl. Add lemonade and sour cream. Using a round-bladed knife. mix ingredients. Turn dough out onto a lightly floured surface and knead gently.
2.Press dough into a 2cm-thick round. Using a 6cm pastry cutter, cut dough into 14 rounds. Place rounds. side by side, on prepared tray. Brush tops with milk.
3.Bake for 15-20 minutes or until scones are golden and sound hollow when tapped. Transfer to a wire rack. Serve scones warm with curd and raspberries.
