Method
1.Cook gnocchi in a large saucepan of boiling, salted water according to packet directions. Drain well.
2.Toss together gnocchi, spinach, prosciutto and mascarpone in an ovenproof dish. Season with pepper and top with parmesan. Place under a preheated grill for 4-5 minutes, about 5cm from heat source, until heated through and top is golden. Serve hot.
